  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp. honey or sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 to 1 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. applesauce

    Mix wet ingredients and stir into dry until moistened.

    Cook on hot griddle (350°).
