  • 13 cup oatmeal, cooked
  • 3 teaspoons almonds, slivered
  • 23 ounce protein powder
  • 12 granny smith apple, chopped
  • cinnamon, to taste

    Add oatmeal and milk in a bowl and cook in the microwave oven for 2 1/2 minutes.

    Mix in chopped apple and slivered almonds.
