- 1/2 lb. apples, cored, pared and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 2 graham crackers (2 1/2-inch squares) made into crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In small mixing bowl combine apples and lemon juice, tossing to coat; add water, honey and cinnamon, mixing well.

3Transfer to 2 cup casserole; dot with margarine and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

4Bake until apples are soft, 30 to 35 minutes.
