- 5 1/2 to 6 c. cored, sliced apples
- 3/4 c. quick oats (dry)
- 3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Arrange apples in a buttered 8-inch square pan.

2Combine oats, sugar, flour and cinnamon.

3Cut butter into mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over apple slices.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

5Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
