Ingredients

  • 5 red apples(peel skin and cut into cubes)
  • 2 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 stick cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter

Directions

    Boil the apples till they are soft and tender.

    Then, cool it down in room temperature.

    After being cooled, add brown sugar, honey, cooled apples and cinnamon into a pan and cook them till they caramelized.

    Place the apple mixture on a baking tray.

    For the crumble, you will need all purpose of flour, 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon, butter and salt.

    Mix the dry ingredients nicely.

    Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top of the cooked apples in the baking tray.

    Place the tray inside the oven for 25-30 minutes til the they turn golden brown.

    Once its done you can dig in.
