  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 3 c. straight flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    Have apples, pecans and coconut ready.

    Mix and sift together the flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.

    Beat together eggs, sugar and oil.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake in a 10-inch greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Glaze.
