  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. apples, peeled and grated
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix oil and sugar.

    Add eggs, flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Heat until well blended.

    Stir in apples, coconut and pecans.

    Pour into greased tube pan or 2 loaf pans.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours in a 325° oven.

    Pour topping over hot cake.
