- 4 apples
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (for each apple)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (for each apple)
- cinnamon
- pie dough
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 stick oleo
Directions

1Cut apples in half and core.

2Make pie dough and roll out in portions sized to wrap around each half of an apple.

3Place 1/2 apple in center with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

4Wrap dough around each apple half and place in large pan.

5Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 2 cups water and 1/2 stick oleo and bring to boil.

6Let cool for a few minutes and then pour over apples.

7Bake at 350° until crust browns.
