- 3 Granny Smith apples
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- pie crust mix
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Prepare dough for crust; per package directions.

2Roll into 6 circles, 6-inches in diameter.

3Peel and core apples; dice into cubes and divide into 6 equal piles.

4Place each pile of apples in a round of dough and form into balls, shaping as you would a snowball.

5Place crimped side down; arrange all 6 balls in a glass baking dish.

6Pour over with a mixture made from the water, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla and melted butter.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Watch closely!
