- apples, pared and sliced to fill a 9 x 13-inch pan
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Place sliced apples in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.

3Mix sugar, eggs and melted margarine. Add flour, salt and baking powder.

4Add milk, enough to make smooth.

5Spoon over apples.

6Bake 50 minutes at 375°.
