  • apples, pared and sliced to fill a 9 x 13-inch pan
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Place sliced apples in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.

    Mix sugar, eggs and melted margarine. Add flour, salt and baking powder.

    Add milk, enough to make smooth.

    Spoon over apples.

    Bake 50 minutes at 375°.
