  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. fresh apples, chopped
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix eggs, oil and sugar.

    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together.

    Add to egg mixture.

    Add vanilla, apples and pecans.

    Pour into greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour.
