  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs

    Mix apples and pecans with 1 cup of flour and set aside.

    Mix flour, sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs together.

    Combine dough mixture with fruit.

    Pour into tube cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 325°.
