- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. shortening

1Make pastry for 2-crust pie; line pie plate with pastry.

2Fill with sliced apples. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
