  • 2 Tbsp. flour or tapioca
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • pastry for 2 pie shells

    Combine sugar, flour (or tapioca) and cinnamon; mix with apples.

    Line pie pan with shell and fill with apples.
