- 80 grams Sake lees
- 120 grams Fresh okara
- 40 grams Maple syrup
- 100 grams Water
- 20 grams Vegetable oil
- 120 grams All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 150 grams Apple
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions

1Add the sake lees, okara, maple syrup, and water to a bowl.

2Let it sit for a while, then mix well.

3Use a hand-mixer, etc.
