  • 1 lb. bulk sausage meat
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped apples

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix with fork.

    Press into a small greased rind mold.

    Bake on a cookie sheet to avoid splatters. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
