Apple Spice Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C flour
• 1 C sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 C toasted, chopped walnuts
• 1/2 C dark raisins
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 C warmed half and half
• 1/2 C melted butter
• 2 tsp pure vanilla
• 1/2 C applesauce
• 1/2 C cubed apples
