  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 2 tsp. vanilla, divided
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup canned evaporated milk
  • 1-1/3 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  • 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Beat cream cheese, butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp.

    vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.

    Add flour and baking soda; mix well.

    Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Top with apples; sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Whisk egg, milk and remaining vanilla in medium bowl until blended.

    Add coconut, nuts and remaining sugar; mix well.

    Spread over apples.
