  • store bought puff pastry sheets (approximately 10 x 15-inches)
  • 2 lb. cooking apples
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. dry plain bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins

    Wash, quarter, core and pare apples; slice approximately 1/8-inch thick.

    Put into bowl containing vanilla and brown sugar.
