  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • butter
  • 1/3 c. Minute tapioca
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 6 egg yolks, beaten
  • dash of salt
  • 6 egg whites
  • sugar

Directions

    Slice apples into rings 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick; place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle lightly with sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter.
