- 4 cooking apples (Roman Beauty or Winesap)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Peel, core and quarter the apples.

2Place in a baking dish. Dot with butter.

3Sprinkle with sugar and pour cream over all. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes or until soft.

4Serve warm. This is a good brunch dish or easy dessert.
