  • 1 c. dates, chopped
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 3 c. applesauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 3 tsp. soda

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs and beat well.

    Heat applesauce and add soda.

    Sift flour with spices.

    Add to mixture alternately with applesauce.

    Use Pam/Baker's Joy to grease tube pan.
