• 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate thawed
• 1 tablespoon molasses
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon cardamom seeds ground
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour whole wheat
• 2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
• 1/2 cup dried peaches chopped
