- 34 cup dried apricot
- 1 egg
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 cup orange juice
- 14 cup cold water
Directions

1Soak apricots 1/2 hour; drain and cut up.

2Cream butter, sugar and egg; add dry ingredients alternately with liquid .

3Fold in apricots.

4Bake 45 minutes in 350F oven (or a little longer).
