- 5 1/2 to 6 oz. apricot nectar
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar

1Mix all the ingredients together well.

2Bake 40 to 50 minutes in well-greased, large Bundt pan at 350°.

3To make a drizzle to pour over cake after baking, mix a generous 1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar with enough lemon juice to make it flow.
