Fresh Peach-Squash Casserole

- 2 1/2 c. soft skinned squash
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- salt to taste
- 1 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Wash and slice squash.

2Place layer of squash then layer of fresh peaches in a two-quart casserole.

3Continue alternating layers of fruit and vegetable until all have been used.

4Sprinkle brown sugar and salt over the combination and dot with butter. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes to an hour.

5Serves four.
