  • 4 cans apricot halves
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Place 1 layer of apricot halves in buttered casserole dish. Crush the crackers and sprinkle half on top.

    Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

    Pour melted margarine over top layers.

    Bake at 300° for 20 minutes. Great with ham.
