Ingredients

  • 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • 4 boxes apricot jello
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1 large bowl Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix pineapple and jello in saucepan and heat until jello is dissolved.

    (Do not add any water!)

    After jello is dissolved, remove from heat and cool.

    Add cottage cheese.

    Place in refrigerator until jello begins to set.

    Add Cool Whip and return to refrigerator until completely set.
