  • 2 pkg. apricot jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (No. 2) can drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows, dissolved in boiling water
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 family size pkg. Dream Whip

Directions

    Mix together pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour and butter. Add cream cheese.

    Let mixture cool.

    Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions.

    Add to cooked mixture.

    Spread on top of jello.
