- 2 c. boiling water
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1To the pineapple juice, add water to total 1 1/2 cups. Dissolve Jell-O with the 2 cups of boiling water.

2Add pineapple juice.

3Let Jell-O set until almost firm. Stir in sour cream and beat until smooth. Add crushed pineapple.

4Mix and pour into mold.
