- 1 jar junior-size baby food apricots
- 2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 tsp. coconut flavoring
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans

2to 325°. Soak dried apricots in the baby food apricots while you assemble other ingredients and grease a 10-inch tube
