  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1/2 cup dried apricot, diced
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
