Apricot-Pineapple Jam

- 8 c. prepared apricots
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 5 lb. sugar
- 2 packets Certo
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Grind dried apricots and soak in 3 cups boiling water.

2Let stand a couple of hours or overnight.

3Bring all ingredients to a boil and boil for 1 full minute.

4Remove from fire and add Certo; keep stirring for 5 minutes so fruit won't float.

5Put in jars and cover with wax.

6Boil jars before adding jam.
