- 2 cans (1 2/3 c. each) evaporated milk
- 2 tsp. peppermint extract
- red food coloring
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) chilled ginger ale
- 2 pt. vanilla ice cream
Directions

1Combine milk, extract and food coloring.

2Chill well.

3Just before serving, stir in ginger ale and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream until ice cream is melted.

4Place a scoop of ice cream in each punch cup and add peppermint punch to fill.

5Makes 18 one-half cup servings.
