Apricot Salad

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (small) apricot jello
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip
  • nuts

Directions

    Bring pineapple and sugar to full boil.

    Cream cheese together with jello.
  3. 3
    Add to pineapple and sugar.
  4. 4
    Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat; add water and nuts.

    Refrigerate until jello starts to mold.
  6. 6
    Whip Dream Whip and fold in.

    (I double this recipe when I use it.

    This salad keeps well in the refrigerator.)
