  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Place pecans in pastry shell.

    In a large bowl, stir the first 5 ingredients until well blended.

    Pour over pecans (pecans will rise to top).

    Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
