  • 1 pkg. apricot gelatin or another fruit gelatin
  • 1 tsp. granulated gelatin
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 3/4 nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • nuts if desired (pecans)

Directions

    Heat 1 cup water and add apricot gelatin. Put unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.

    Mix and then put mix with apricot gelatin.

    Cool slightly and add sour cream and whipped topping. Stir well.

    Add nuts and pour in fruit and juice.

    Set in a bowl or mold.

    Serves 6 or 8.
