- fresh jalapeno peppers
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 pkg. Shake 'n Bake for pork
Directions

1Wash and core the peppers.

2Mix the cheeses together and stuff the peppers.

3Wrap enough sausage around the pepper to cover it. Roll the pepper in the Shake 'n Bake.

4Bake at 425° until the sausage is done.

5Will make approximately 12 peppers.
