- 24 whole pickled jalapenos
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage
- 1/3 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Deseed and rinse peppers (recommend cutting tops off and then core).

3Loosely stuff peppers with cheese.

4Completely wrap each pepper with a thin layer of sausage. (Hint: The colder the sausage, the easier it is to work with.) Roll each pepper in finely crushed corn flakes.

5Place on baking sheet and bake approximately 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
