Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts packed in water, drain and chop
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped (reserve 1/2 the liquid in jar)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • garlic powder & pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix above ingredients through minced onions including the reserved marinated heart liquid in a bowl.

    Add garlic powder, and pepper to taste.

    Heat dip in microwave.

    Serve with potato or tortilla chips.
