Artichoke Dip

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Drain artichoke hearts and chop them.

    Place them in bottom of baking dish.
  3. 3
    Add cheese and mayonnaise and toss ingredients together.

    Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
  5. 5
    Fold all ingredients and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Serve with Melba toast or any of your favorite crackers!
