Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts (in water)
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In blender, put drained artichoke hearts; blend for 30 seconds.

    Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

    Place in ovenproof dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Serve with chips and crackers.
