- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In blender, put drained artichoke hearts; blend for 30 seconds.

2Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

3Place in ovenproof dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

4Serve with chips and crackers.
