  • 2 cups artichoke hearts
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 9/16 pound shrimp peeled and heads removed

Directions

    Drain and wash the artichoke hearts.

    Chop the shallot and garlic, cook over low heat until golden brown.

    Add the artichoke hearts and cook for 5 minutes, add the white wine and continue to cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.

    2 minutes before removing from the stove add the peeled shrimp and serve.
