- 2 cups artichoke hearts
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup white wine
- 9/16 pound shrimp peeled and heads removed
Directions

1Drain and wash the artichoke hearts.

2Chop the shallot and garlic, cook over low heat until golden brown.

3Add the artichoke hearts and cook for 5 minutes, add the white wine and continue to cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.

42 minutes before removing from the stove add the peeled shrimp and serve.
