  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together until artichoke hearts fall apart and are well blended.

    Bake in buttered casserole at 450° for 30 minutes or until top is nicely browned.

    Serve with Stone Wheat crackers while warm.
