- 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Drain artichokes very well and chop.

2Add Parmesan cheese and mayo and mix well.

3Place in ovenproof serving dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

4Serve hot with crackers or Melba toast. Serves 6 to 8.
