Artichoke Parmesan Dip

  • 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Drain artichokes very well and chop.

    Add Parmesan cheese and mayo and mix well.

    Place in ovenproof serving dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Serve hot with crackers or Melba toast. Serves 6 to 8.
