- 2/3 c. reduced-calorie margarine, softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. evaporated skimmed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 Tbsp. diced walnuts
Directions

1Cream the margarine.

2Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well at medium speed on an electric mixer.

3Add egg substitute, evaporated milk and vanilla; beat well.

4Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

5Add to creamed mixture; mix well.

6Stir in walnuts.

7Spoon into an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray.

8Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool on a wire rack; cut into squares.
