  • 1 frozen unbaked deep dish pie crust
  • 1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts (9 oz.)
  • 4 eggs, beaten well
  • 1/2 c. pepperoni, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Mozzarella, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese

    Defrost artichoke hearts, pat dry and cut in half.

    Blend all ingredients together and pour in pie crust.
