  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 c. shredded Mozzarella
  • garlic salt or powder to taste

Directions

    Drain artichoke hearts and chop coarsely.

    Combine all ingredients and mix.

    Scrape into 1-quart baking dish.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered, or until bubbly and slightly browned.

    Serve hot or cold with crackers.
