- 1 can artichoke hearts (8 1/2 oz. Progresso)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
Directions

1Drain hearts.

2Keep water from hearts in a separate dish. Mash hearts.

3Add bread crumbs, garlic, cheese and oil.

4Mix egg with artichoke water.

5Mix all together and press into pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.

6Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

7Let cool and cut into squares.
