  • 2 bunches Arugela
  • 1 c. shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

    Wash Arugela well.

    Chop coarsely.

    Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.

    Mix olive oil and lemon juice well and dress salad.
